We quickly identify and verify the customer and find their account information. We present the customer with detailed account information, and then let them guide us on details of what they want to do. We can use pre-established payment information on file, or accept a variety of other payment options, including debit, credit, and ACH.

Omni-Channel Payments

Your customers can utilize SMS or other customer service channels (like automated chat and Facebook Messenger) to make a payment. Using the same infrastructure as Pay-by-Phone, we quickly identify and verify the customer and find their account information. We present the customer with detailed account information, and then let them guide us on details of what they want to do. We can use pre-established payment information on file or utilize our Payment Gateway to accept a variety of payment options, including debit, credit, and ACH. We can also provide outbound messaging services for payment reminders.

Account Inquiries

Utilizing our Pay-by-Phone, or other customer service channels (like SMS, automated chat, and Facebook Messenger), we can provide your customers with a self-service option for checking their account balances, last payment made, minimum amount due, and next payment due date. This is a much more efficient solution than using live agents to respond to account inquiries.
