We present the customer with detailed account information, and then let them guide us on details of what they want to do. We can use pre-established payment information on file, or accept a variety of other payment options, including debit, credit, and ACH.

Omni-Channel Payments

Your customers can utilize virtually any customer communication channel to make a payment. Using the same infrastructure as Pay-by-Phone, we quickly identify and verify the customer and find their account information. We present the customer with detailed account information and then let them guide us on details of what they want to do. We can use pre-established payment information on file or utilize our Payment Gateway to accept a variety of payment options including debit, credit, and ACH. We also provide outbound messaging services for payment reminders.

Account Inquiries

Your customers can check their account balances, last payment made, minimum amount due, and next payment due date whenever they want through the channel of their choice. Verascape’s omni-channel Self-Service as a Service solutions are much more efficient than using live agents to respond to account inquiries.
