Richard has more than 20 years experience in the computer industry. Most recently, Rich was the Product Architect for the Time0 group of Perot Systems. There he was responsible for the architecture of Time0’s 2nd generation business marketplace Web product.

Prior to Time0, Rich was one of the key technical leaders of the travel agency and airport systems for the Apollo computerized reservation system. He played a key role in the development of the message-oriented-middleware that is a central component to the reservation system's ability to adapt to widely varying work loads.
