 John brings over 15 years of financial expertise to Verascape. He most recently was CFO of InterAccess, and was instrumental in building the company from ten employees with $1.8 million in revenue in 1995 to ultimately selling the company to Allegiance Telecom in June 2000.
Prior to InterAccess, John was the Corporate Controller of Successories, Inc. where he directed all aspects of the finance and investor relations functions for this publicly traded manufacturing company. Prior to Successories, John was the Assistant Corporate Controller of Ivex Packaging Corporation. In addition to overseeing all aspects of financial reporting, M&A and planning for this $500 million manufacturer, John was instrumental in the company’s successful $158 million public debt offering in 1992.
